    • Monitor the emission of infrared energy (heat) to determine the operating condition.
    • It enables to monitor potential problems in heat leakage in insulation, electrical (switchboard, electrical substation, circuit breaker panels etc.), electrical motor, bearings and gear boxes and building envelops.

  • Keppel FMO has built up substantial experience and expertise in the field of energy management. Having managed numerous sizeable infrastructure locally, Keppel FMO understands the importance of efficient energy management and how it can make a difference to the building owners’ bottomline.

    Our scope of management services ranges from preliminary audits to carrying out detailed audits and recommendation of energy conservation measures (ECM) to implementation of ECM :-

    • conduct energy audit and analyse the pattern and the distribution of the usage with a view to identify all energy conservation opportunities (ECO)
    • establish the heat load profile of the building and to optimise the chiller plant operation.
    • identify the minor and major energy conservation measures (ECM) for implementation.
    • implement minor ECM, establish measurements and method of verification of achievable savings.
    • prepare proposal and feasibility study for major ECM, if applicable.
